I provide business and financial advisory services primarily of capital nature such as raising of capital or mergers and acquisition for corporates in my personal capacity; this affidavit is to inform the authorities concerned to obtain the GST registration for depositing the GST component in my services fee.
The very purpose of this declaration is to update the GST system about my business interest, address and type of professional services to be rendered.
